The Tot Spot is a nurturing and engaging childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and educational environment for young children. We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care to infants and toddlers.
- Create and maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, naps, and activities.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that support early development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
- Ensure all licensing and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, patient, and nurturing personality.
Requirements (Per State Licensing):
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must complete fingerprinting.
- Must pass child abuse and neglect registry check.
- Must complete TB screening/test.
- Must obtain/maintain CPR & First Aid certification.
- Must complete required health screening.
