Job Title: Infant / Toddler Teacher (Full-Time or Part-Time).
Location: The Tot Spot ( Winchester, VA).
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time.

About Us:
The Tot Spot is a nurturing and engaging childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and educational environment for young children. We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care to infants and toddlers.
Create and maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, naps, and activities.
Implement age-appropriate activities that support early development.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Ensure all licensing and safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred.
Passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, patient, and nurturing personality.

Requirements (Per State Licensing):

Must pass a criminal background check.
Must complete fingerprinting.
Must pass child abuse and neglect registry check.
Must complete TB screening/test.
Must obtain/maintain CPR & First Aid certification.
Must complete required health screening.
